Jonathan Ruckdeschel  Obtaining success for asbestos victims in mesothelioma and asbestos law requires a discipline and single mindeness that can not waver during the litigation process.  A Mesothelioma law firm must possess an innate integrity where the actions of the firm effectively communicate their strongest beliefs for the rights of asbestos victims.  Since 1997, Jonathan Ruckdeschel has been building his reputation as a passionate representative for plaintiffs.  He has been able to articulate his efforts as he now endeavors for justice on behalf of mesothelioma and asbestos victims, as well as others affected by corporate neglect.

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Jon is licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland, including the U.S. District Court for the State of Maryland, and Florida.  Before starting his own practice in 2004, Jon was an associate with Parker, Dumler & Kiely LLP and Gebhardt & Smith, LLP building his experience in sophisticated litigation.  His dedication then led to the founding of the Ruckdeschel Law Firm, a firm that is not scared away by major corporations and is unafraid of taking on the biggest cases, especially those involving defendants whose products, actions or negligence has caused harm to others.

Jonathan Ruckdeschel has successfully litigated numerous asbestos claims and mesothelioma lawsuits.  He prides his practice on a very necessary personal interaction with each client and absorbs a large portion of his drive for success from each of his client's stories and experiences.  Through humility, openness and his naturally assertive demeanor, he has been successful in his efforts to protect the rights of mesothelioma victims nationwide.

In addition to asbestos litigation, Jon has litigated numerous employment, discrimination and medical malpractice claims, including those involving serious personal injury.  He also has a particular interest in stockbroker malpractice.  It is resourcefulness that gives leaders the ability to see things in a way that others have not seen.  By possessing this trait, Jon has been able to represent individuals and organizations who have been the victims of fraud and professional malpractice and to bring justice to the lives of those suffering from asbestos related disease.
